- The ordering process was very easy. Products online were descriptive enough for me to make a wise purchase. I was contacted by a customer service rep immediately with contact information and I had a specific person to send my artwork to and communicate with about my order. One terrific part is they were able to do it all really fast (3 large products) and ship it. It didn't cost me any extra either. But the best thing is the quality of the display light box and the case covers. Great quality, colors appropriate, fit the frames well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
